Testimonials

Strong Tower has been life changing for me so far. My counselor has been so easy to talk to she listens so attentively. I am learning new effective ways of identifying my feelings and where they come from. I love that we take our time working on one certain area and as soon as I gain victory in that area of my thinking we explore other area’s where I could be struggling.

From week to week in one-on-one counseling and group counseling, I am learning too always be aware of what I am thinking about and lining my thoughts up with truth. I am truly going through the process of renewing my mind one session at a time.

I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression for a long time and it had a serious grip on me. My life was full of loneliness and worry. I had only known life from a sad, worried and fearful perspective. No matter where I went, I felt the same. I was always looking for the right way to deal with it. I knew God, but I for some reason could not get a grip on my problems. I started Strong Tower and my life stared to change drastically. The faith-based sessions that I have are the breaking point for my acceptance and my happiness. I’ve learned and am still learning how to deal with my anxiety and depression. It’s helping me with the renewal of my mind. I’m thankful for Strong Tower and for God’s works spoken through my counselor.

Strong Tower has had a tremendous impact on my life. The past 10 years of my life I spent going to many different counselors, none of which helped me to move beyond condemnation and my addiction. It is the fact that the essence of Strong Tower is that the word of God is the foundation of our healing. I wasn’t able to adjust the way I think and feel by like facing it, like I was taught in secular CBT counseling. I had to let my counselor in Strong Tower use the word of God to deal with the real, underlying issues that held me back for so long.
